Applying sport science to practice

Drawing on 15 years' experience in sport science and strength and conditioning, I help athletes and coaches train smarter by combining scientific evidence with my research and practical experience.

I am a CASES-accredited Sport Scientist and Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Physiology at the University of Westminster.

About

I provide sport science and strength & conditioning support to professional and amateur athletes.

My work integrates teaching, athlete support and research, applying evidence-based practice to athlete preparation, performance and recovery.

I have supported elite athletes and coaches, providing sport science input within multidisciplinary performance teams, including the Lawn Tennis Association and British Rowing.

I am nearing completion of a PhD, examining the influence of sleep on fatigue and athletic performance. This research directly informs how I support athletes and coaches in managing fatigue, sleep and recovery in practice.

I also advise media outlets on sport and exercise science, translating research into practical insight for a range of audiences.
